Job Description:
We are searching for a professional, sales oriented individual to assume our Business Sales Manager position. MarineMax is the proud retailer of Sea Ray Boats, Boston Whaler, Meridian Yachts, Crest pontoons, as well as a large Pre-Owned and Brokerage department. This is a very rewarding position offering a comprehensive compensation plan consisting of salary plus commission, health care,and 401K
Any applicant considering this role should be professional, organized, a good communicator, personable and have basic or advanced computer skills.
Daily Task would include but not limited to: Securing boat listings for the sales department that represent a quality product at a marketable price, Educating yourself on complete in stock and potential future inventory product lines, features and accessories. Handle and ensure all brokerage activities are in ethical, legal and professional manner representing MarineMax Values. Market and Advertise the listings to best represent the products in appropriate marketplaces. Over see the delivery of all units sold. Demonstrating basic Seamanship skills are preferred but not required.
